Project
Rio Grande Electric Cooperative (RGEC) was awarded the contract to build and maintain electric power infrastructure for expanded residential facilities at Ft. Bliss, the U.S. Army base at El Paso, Texas. The project was to be completed according to a strict timetable. RGEC chose Finley as their design partner.
Solution
Finley was able to bring its broad range of power systems expertise and experience to the project, which required coordination with RGEC and the developer, Government Military Housing, as well as other government agencies. Based on this experience, Finley engineers were able to create and secure approval for the designs in a timely and efficient manner.
Outcome
Finley’s efficiency in the initial stages of the project paid off for RGEC such that the stringent timetable was met, thus keeping this high-profile project on schedule.
