Base Salary Structure

We offer competitive base salaries, which are evaluated annually to determine the market value for similar positions in our geographic area.

Performance-Based Bonus

Finley Engineering's bonus program is designed to reward performance on many levels company-wide and for teams and individuals. Our basic goal is to share profit with the teams and individuals who help generate it.

The associates' insurance program provides comprehensive benefits to employees and their dependants, including health, dental, vision, life and short- and long-term disability insurance.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Under the Medical Flexible Spending Account and the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, eligible team members can contribute up to $5,000 per year in pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible daycare expenses and up to $2,500 for healthcare expenses.

Retirement Plan

Finley Engineering offers several self-funded retirement options approved by the IRS, with 23 investment options through ING. Associates can enroll immediately, provided they have not signed a special contract and may contribute up to the maximum amount allowed by law. Associates have two options for withholding, including a pre-tax deferral deposited into a 401(K) or an after-tax deferral deposited into a Roth 401(K). Rollovers from other qualified plans are allowed. On the first day of the month following one year, the company will match your contribution up to 100% on your first three percent and 50% on percent 4 and 5.

Associate Profit Sharing

Associates have the opportunity to participate in the Associate Profit Sharing Plan, which provides eligible associates with contributions to their FEC 401(K) account. The amount an individual is awarded depends on the overall company profitability and is determined by the Board of Directors. You must be an associate on the last day of the plan year and work 1,000 hours in the plan year.

Paid Time Off

Associates need to spend time away from work for a variety of personal reasons. We offer holiday, personal time, and vacation time with. Employees can earn vacation based on the length of services at Finley.
