What You’ll Do at Finley

The most important responsibility of a Finley associate is to listen to client needs.  However, the job requirements hardly stop there.  Associates’ days are filled with formulating ideas to efficiently and effectively meet our clients’ needs.  Creative solutions are required for complex telecom and energy industry issues. 

Finley offices are located in each region of the country, functioning as independent offices with local management.  Relationships within each office are collaborative, rather than competitive, and support is offered between offices, creating a nimble national organization.  Plan on a long and rewarding career – the average tenure at Finley is 12+ years.

Continuing Education

Finley puts special emphasis on offering continuing education opportunities to associates. We promote professional development through the in-house Finley Academy and a tuition assistance program. Finley Academy has three colleges that provide a wide variety of learning opportunities.

  • The College of Core Competencies - Courses in interpersonal communication, safety and software applications.
  • The College of Leadership - Develop current and potential managers of Finley as the best leaders possible.
